    One star is being generous when you pay for a product which doesn't arrive for over a month. I live in a major city in Australia, so I don't see how an order from China or Hong Kong could take so long.

    On the website it says they try to reply to messages within 4-6 hours but this has not been my experience at all. I have sent 3 messages. I understand they had technical problems with replying to the first, but they ignored my second message and I finally received the parcel just after sending my third message.

    With such poor customer service and unbelievably long waiting times for products, it just isn't worth it.

    I think you can probably get similar products on eBay for cheaper prices and faster service.
