    This companies communication or lack of, is the worst i have ever dealt with. Every question or variation has taken weeks to get replies. My land settled on Jan 6th and slab pour estimated in july. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever wanting to build. Totally unacceptable lack of customer service or timely communication leading to ridiculous unnecessary delays.

    It takes months to get FWD finalized it’s your delays communicating with Uniq, Uniq are not delaying my build you are Glenvill

    Anyone wanting to build a house with glenvill I highly recommend you don’t.
    Their build quality is absolutely poor. In a year and a half on living in my brand new house. I have had water leak through a window, roof capping blown off by wind. A/C unit not working and eaves come off. I have contacted them 4 time to get them fixed and still haven’t got a response.

    Look elsewhere for a builder…this is not the type of builder you’d want to build your home.

    Throughly unprofessional at every stage.

    Always listen to customer and meet your expectations. Good experience to deal with Glenvill. Warranty team always respond after sending the defects and arrange people to fix it.

    Third grade service is always ensure to Glenvill's customer and they make sure the life of their customer is filled with frustration (because of late and ill response for glenvill or aplace team), dissatisfaction and always run behind them to chase for warranty promised as the construction quality is worst of any kind.
