  We very highly recommend Leneeva Homes! We recently completed our first build and moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier. After hearing many stories of how hard building can be, we were a bit nervous about how the process would go. We looked at a few other builders and visited lots of display homes before we were given Leneeva's name by one of their tradespeople on a Facebook forum. The whole build was very smooth with hardly any hiccups at all. The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions that we had, our new neighbours were very impressed with the amazing tradespeople and how hard they worked, and the quality of our home is outstanding. Joe was super friendly and informative all the way through and the build was on time, even with the hurdles that lockdowns presented! We had the tidiest work site I've ever seen and everyone who now walks into our home has commented on the workmanship and how brilliant a job Leneeva did. We have many passers by comment on our home and ask about it which is really lovely. Joe and team, we can't thank you enough for giving us our Hamptons inspired home and we can't wait for the future memories we will have here.

  We recommend Leneeva Homes.
  
  We were living overseas and purchased a block of land for our dream home. The experience with Leneeva got off to a great start when they engaged and accommodated our conversations remotely over the Internet before Covid times! We found this already streets ahead of other builders we were trying to establish quotes with.
  
  We had a fairly good idea of what we wanted to achieve with some challenging inclusions in our brief. Leneeva suggested that we operate within their custom build framework. After some iterations and sketching sessions, we engaged Leneeva their draftspeople and surveyors to draw up plans, gather site information and iterate our design further.
  
  We pushed Leneeva on the design timeframes for the custom process as we were arriving back in Melbourne and were eager to settle into our new home as soon as possible. To Leneevas credit they guided us through the process ensuring that important selections and decisions were considered, costed and agreed. Leneeva was very flexible with our selections and preferences including our own supply of particular items. While having a good idea in mind around interior features and selections we spent time with Leneevas interior consultant and found the process helped cement our vision. We still continued to flip and change some items after this and Leneeva was patient and accommodating of these decisions. Their designer was welcoming of follow-up telephone conversations as well.
  
  With excitement, the building was started as winter was approaching. After the site cut Leneeva handed the site over to us to install a pool with Master Pools. During this process, Melbourne experienced heavy rains and the ground became waterlogged and unstable due to the cut and heavy machinery that had been transiting across the site. This caused anxious delays on our end while Leneeva observed how the site was draining. To their credit they bought in crushed rock, clay etc to try and get the building going. We were presented with a solution from their engineers to install more screw piles than originally estimated to get the build on its way. Understanding that we were prioritising getting the build moving we proceeded. This was the only significant variation to our building quotation over the whole project. Leneeva approached this variation in a considered and fair manner. All other variations were driven by our selections, design changes or items that were acknowledged upon signing that an allowance was provided.
  
  A particular observation that stood out to me was how well the work site was kept. There was never stray building materials and the front was always kept secure, neat and tidy. Materials were never left on site.
  
  Our build had many finer details and the team at Leneeva did a good job in helping us realise the vision of these and make it happen. At times while we may have felt that progress was slowing down they were always available to explain where we were up to and what was happening next. If we needed an on-site visit this was facilitated with no problems at all. Delays with Covid and planning around restrictions and their knock-on effects were well managed in our opinion. We were able to arrange the handover in a non-contact sense and move in and settle into our beautiful new home! We have many neighbours walking by commenting on the build and how great the house looks. The end results inside and out speak for themselves.
  
  During the lockdowns, we were notified of our 3-month defect inspections. We performed these remotely and now with restrictions easing have trades revisiting for minor items. This process has been efficient and prompt.
  
  The end result has all been worth the effort. We absolutely recommend you spend an hour with the team at Leneeva when you consider building your dream!

  Our build experience with Leneeva Homes was amazing; This was the first time we went through the design & build process and every step Jason helped us to get it going smoothly. We had a few hiccups with Storm water pit design when we started construction, but it was handled really well by Joe and Jason. Dean as our project supervisor did an amazing job to get things done on time with precision. We loved his proactiveness and openness even though it was a bit revealing at the start :) Would highly recommend Leneeva homes to anyone who is looking for a peace of mind quality build experience. Thanks to the whole Leneeva team.

  We shopped around for builders, but it wasn't until our first meeting with Leneeva Homes, that we felt confident we'd found a builder that we could trust to deliver our new home.
  Jason at Leneeva was highly responsive and supportive throughout the whole design/pre-contract/construction phase and the Architectural and interior design consultants recommended to us by Leneeva produced a great outcome.
  The construction process through the depths of COVID lock downs was well managed and completed in good time. The quality of the workmanship was fantastic and is a credit to their sub-contractors and supervisor. The sign of any good builder is their willingness to address defects after completion, and Leneeva didn't disappoint with quick resolution of items raised. I'd recommend anyone that is looking to build a new home to contact Jason and Joe at Leneeva, you won't be disappointed.

  We shopped around for a long time before deciding on Leneeva to build our new home. From the first meeting we felt completely at ease with Joe and the Leneeva team and they did not disappoint. Every person we dealt with at Leeneva during the pre-build and build process were polite, professional and responsive. I believe being a local builder with a cap on the projects they take on makes a difference to their "care factor" - they all seem invested in producing a great product and meet their client's expectations. We have just moved into our new home and we are very happy :) Anything that cropped up along our building journey was handled promptly and without delay.
  
  I would highly recommend Leneeva to people wanting to build with a honest, reliable and reputable local builder. They will adapt and design a property for you, listening to all your needs and giving helpful advice as needed based on all their experience in the Bayside area.
